If you try to avoid too many things and change your caloric intake too drastically, then your body will react by slowing down your metabolism. You should always eat. But don’t overeat. The real trick is in changing ‘What’ you eat. Instead of having some chips or fries, get yourself some veggies and dip. Eat more fruit. If you begin to eat healthier foods, you’ll begin to see a change in your weight. But as long as you’re eating, you’re much more likely to stick to it than you would on a diet where you don’t eat.

Many time people believe that because a candy bar is small, then it’s alright to eat it. But even a small candy bar can contain more than 220 calories. And for this same amount of caloric intake, you can eat a bowl of fruit, a medium salad, or even some sugar free pudding.
